Bumper Wrap
Have you been in a fender bender recently and damaged the front or back of your prized possession? This is what happened to one of our clients. He had wrapped his whole truck in Matte Black vinyl a few years ago and a car ran into him. This left no major damage to the vehicle other than needing a new front bumper. The customer came to Vinyl Wrap Toronto to get a new front bumper wrap and asked us to rewrap the old back bumper. The wrap on the back bumper was showing its age, is done more than 5 years ago. Most vehicle vinyl is rated by the manufacturers to last between 5 and 7 years.
The Chevrolet Silverado is the client’s work truck, so he expected some wear and tear of the wrap over the years, including the rear bumper wrap. The new bumper arrived all shiny and new straight from Chevrolet. After a little cleaning using vinegar and alcohol, the front bumper was ready to transform from shiny Chrome to Matte Black. The rear bumper required a little more work. Our installation crew had to remove the old vinyl first, which required a little heat to get the last pieces off. Once the tape primer was removed, the final cleaning could be done, and the matte black vinyl could be applied. Click here to check out more.
Completing Installation of the Chevrolet Silverado Bumper Wrap
Our installation crew loves it when the client drops off the vehicle’s body parts already devoid of its accessories, like lights and plastic pieces. This makes the job cheaper for the client due to less time Vinyl Wrap Toronto spends getting the wrap completed. Our installation crew is experienced at removing and replacing all the parts on most vans, trucks, boats, and cars.
